RESERVE YOUR SEAT
•To ensure the quality of our service, you must reserve your seat. You may book seats for several trips at a time.
•You must be a RéGÎM member to book seats, and you can join when you make your first reservation. Your personal information will remain confidential and help us improve the quality of our service. It is possible to use the service without becoming a member.
•To become a member and reserve your seat, call 1 877 521-0841 between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
•To better meet the needs of all users, the schedules and routes may change. Make sure to check the most recent schedules in the Routes and schedules section of our website, where the most up-to-date schedules are always posted.
FORGOT TO RESERVE YOUR SEAT?
•If you do not reserve, the RéGÎM cannot guarantee that you will have a seat.
•If you do not reserve, you may use the public transportation network as long as there is a free seat on the bus. Be sure to contact us if you decide to cancel a reservation.
•If you reserved a seat but decide not to use the service, contact us as soon as possible to cancel your reservation.
•The RéGÎM may require payment if you reserve seats and do not notify us of a cancellation. Late arrivals at the stop are considered cancellations without notice.
CHOOSE YOUR STOP
•You must be at the bus stop five minutes before the scheduled arrival time.
•Wait in line and let the other passengers get off before getting on.
•To ensure that the service is safe and on time, the bus driver is not authorized to let passengers on or off at undesignated stops.
ENJOY THE RIDE…ON PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION!
•For your safety, remain seated until the bus comes to a complete stop.
•It is prohibited to eat, drink or smoke on the bus.
•Always respect the bus driver and other passengers.
•Seeing-eye dogs are the only animals allowed on the bus.
•Any bags must fit on your knees or under your seat.
•Children under the age of ten must be accompanied by an adult.
•For groups, there must be at least one accompanying adult for every three children.
•People travelling with young children may bring their strollers onboard and travel with the child on their knees.
•Transfers within a sector are included in the price of a ticket. An additional ticket is required for each inter-sector transfer.
LOST AND STOLEN OBJECTS
•Neither the RéGÎM nor its staff members, including the bus drivers, are responsible for any lost or stolen objects.
•If you lose something on the bus, contact a point of service.
SERVICE CANCELLATIONS
•Bad weather and other fortuitous events may result in service cancellations, delays or changes throughout the network or in certain areas.
•All changes will be announced as early as possible on local radio stations and on the RéGÎM website.
•You may also contact a point of service for information.
•The RéGÎM is not responsible for any inconveniences caused by such situations.
LEGAL HOLIDAYS
Unless otherwise specified, there will be no service on the following days:
•New Year’s Day (January 1st and 2nd)
•Easter Monday
•The Journée nationale des patriotes,
the Monday before May 25th
•The Fête nationale du Québec, June 24th
•Canada Day, July 1st
•Labour Day, the first Monday of September
•Thanksgiving, the second Monday of October
•Christmas, December 25th and 26th
